Mack Duffy

Founder & President

Mack Duffy is the Founder and President of Duffy Innovation, bringing a lifelong passion for manufacturing and engineering to every project. Growing up in his father's custom carbon fiber and machine shop, he developed hands-on experience with machining, composites, tooling, and manufacturing processes from an early age.

Mack earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University before beginning his career with leading defense contractors, including L3Harris Technologies and Collins Aerospace. There, he gained experience in design engineering, manufacturing engineering, new product introduction (NPI), and supporting complex aerospace and defense programs.

Today, Mack combines his hands-on manufacturing background with professional engineering experience to help customers bring products from concept to production. Whether producing precision CNC machined components, developing manufacturing processes, or solving complex engineering challenges, his focus is on delivering high-quality, practical solutions with exceptional attention to detail.
